Updated Features:

• The system is designed to be run in a virtual machine, either on premises or in the cloud. We also provide completely integrated systems on hardware provided by us.

• External data sources and APIs can now be used to dynamically populate any column of data.

• The RCD server can communicate with multiple SIP servers, POTS GPIs and external data sources and simultaneously display hybrid data on a single display so RCD can include POTS, SIP and non-phone data on a single screen. 

• RCD is now entirely browser-based.  Works with Chrome, Edge, IE, Firefox, even thin clients like Raspberry Pi.

  • All displays are mobile-friendly so they can be used not just from PCs, but also from phones and tablets.

• All column headings, labels, logos, and layout can be changed from clean, simple configuration files:

  • RCD layouts can range from a single, long list to multi-column, multi-page views. 

  • RCD can filter on a column value, so you can use a column for control room assignment and filter to show the lines assigned to a particular control room.

  • RCD is sortable on any column so you can sort by control room, phone number, time frame, etc.

  • Columns can have custom headers (assigned by you in the config file).

  • Column data can be set to be fixed, dynamic (from external data sources) or editable.

  • Editable fields can be set to free text, drop-down box choice from a list or combo (both free-form and list-based).

  • Multiple views can be configured from the same server, including multi-language support.
